Dr. Rangel S. Moore is an accomplished higher education leader, educator, and administrator with more than 15 years of experience in student success, enrollment management, and federally funded TRIO programs. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke, a Master of Public Administration from Capella University, and a doctoral degree in educational leadership from Liberty University.
Throughout his career, Dr. Moore has been dedicated to expanding opportunities for underserved populations through mentorship, educational outreach, leadership development, and faith-based service initiatives. His commitment to uplifting communities is reflected in his ongoing work to inspire young people, strengthen families, and build partnerships that promote educational and social advancement.
