RFP: I. Ellis Johnson Multifamily Housing Project: Civil Engineering

Southeastern Community Action Partnership (SCAP) is currently accepting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) for a contract opportunity related to the I. Ellis Johnson Housing Project.

We are seeking a qualified civil engineering firm to support the development of a new 55-unit multifamily supportive housing community.

Civil Engineering Services RFP
SCAP is seeking SOQs from civil engineering firms for site design, permitting, and related engineering services. The selected firm will collaborate with SCAP, the architectural team, and other consultants to design a sustainable, cost-effective site that meets North Carolina Housing Finance Agency (NCHFA) Supportive Housing American Rescue Program standards, along with all local, state, and federal requirements for energy-efficient affordable and supportive housing.
